So, I’ve officially had the most marvelous weekend ever! I had incredible company last night – With the guys and my ladies! Oh and now that we’re on the topic of fellers, I read the following quote earlier, ”Girls are like apples. The best ones are at the top of the trees. The boys don’t want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they just get the rotten apples that are on the ground that aren’t as good, but easy. So the apples at the top think there is something wrong with them, when, in reality, they’re amazing. They just have to wait for the right boy to come along.” and I found the cute tobe so true. Seriously, all I ever hear is, “Women are so confusing.” that is true but so are men!!!!!  Although I do believe most guys are not afraid of falling off the tree and getting hurt; most of them are simply lazy. While I watched the Tyler Perry movie, “Diary of a Mad Black Woman” the main character says to the ex-husband who left her for another woman after 10 years of marriage, “You’d rather be with trash than a good woman. You’re a coward.” and that really stuck with me. It is cowardly to be with something lesser than you simply because it’s easier, you’re scared, it lessens the burden on your ego and/or raises your confidence levels.
